Native Plant Nurseries & Sales
Native plants are highly specialized. Below are the nurseries and organizations we recommend for native gardeners in the Farmington Valley.
Earth Tones is a staple for native gardeners in the Farmington Valley. Located in Woodbury, Earth Tones has been awarded one of the Best New England Nurseries by Yankee Magazine and One of the 11 Best CT Garden Centers by BestThingsCT.com. Their beautiful nursery campus is proof that native gardens can be beautiful in their own right. They offer a wide variety of natives – from full sun to shade. They also offer landscape design, consulting, installation, maintenance, and wetland mitigation. They are devoted to environmentally sound practices.
Earth Tones does not ship plants.
